A young man went into Sales and Marketing of Real Estate Investment on this marvelous day. I approached a middle age man to invest in real Estate. In response, the Young man response was very negative and aggressive. This young sales person sort to know what the matter was. Then, he narrated this sad story to him briefly… that he lived in one of the Western Countries (country name withheld) for over 30 years. He has been sending money home to a family member he trusted so much to help him build a house. He came home expecting to settle down in his new house that the family member has helped him built.

This guy lives abroad according to him for 30 years and has been sending money to a family member to help him build a house, so that when he finally returned to his country, he will have a home of his own.

To cut the long story short, Lo and behold, this hardworking Youngman

who had spent all his entire life abroad, came and found out that not even a plot of land was bought not to talk of a block… Hmmm. Meanwhile, this trusted family member has been sending him pictures of a building that he has helped him to build. “A word is enough for the wise”.
